Das Gasthaus Feuerkugel befindet sich in einem Gebäude, dessen Grundstein bereits im Jahre 1587 gelegt wurde. 2001 erfolgte eine Komplettsanierung des gesamten Gebäudes nach alten Bauplänen. Seit dem 3.12.2002 ist das Gasthaus Feuerkugel dort etabliert. Die Thüringer Klöße, so wie sie sein sollen, werden hier ebenso angeboten, wie vegetarische Gerichte und Aufläufe. Offene helle Gasträume garniert mit rustikalem Ambiente laden zum Verweilen ein.
